GROUNDING - SLOW, MINDFUL, STABILISING, REGULATING
In the Good Stretch & Yoga Flow class, you will enjoy a very good balance and complete practice with a combination of stretching and dynamic poses. By synchronising the movement and the breath, you will find awareness in your practice, create space in your mind to release tensions and emotions. We take time to get into each pose in a safe way with options and variations. This class is open to all levels. We only need you to give the best version of yourself taking inot consideration your body energy and any other factors!
