Self-Massage
A practical and empowering practice that helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce stress using your hands or supportive tools like massage balls and foam rollers. You gain simple, effective techniques to care for your body anytime.
Yoga
Rooted in ancient India, yoga harmonizes body and mind through postures, breathwork, and meditation. Our classes emphasize safe alignment, mindful movement, and nervous system balance—helping you build strength, flexibility, and deep inner calm.
Pilates
Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates focuses on deep core strength, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement. It strengthens from within, improves alignment, and creates lasting functional results.
Semi-Private Tower Reformer Pilates (4 people only)
Limited to four participants, these sessions offer hands-on guidance, precise corrections, and personalized options tailored to your body and goals. Using the Tower for guided resistance and support, you’ll build deep core strength, improve posture and alignment, increase mobility, and enhance body awareness — all in a focused, supportive setting designed for real, visible results.
Aerial Yoga
Using a suspended hammock, Aerial Yoga blends strength, flexibility, and playfulness. The fabric supports and challenges you—helping decompress the spine, explore inversions safely, and build confidence. You leave feeling lighter, stronger, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself.
Intensity Levels – Choose What Your Body Needs
All classes are open to all levels (except Advanced Aerial). Choose based on your energy and how you feel. For balanced self-care, combine Yin (low intensity) and Yang (higher intensity) throughout your week.
