A semi-private tower reformer class is a small-group pilates session (4 people) using the tower apparatus with springs, bars, and straps to guide resistance-based exercises. it provides personalized attention within a shared setting, focusing on controlled, mindful movements that improve strength, alignment, and flexibility, while enhancing posture, body awareness, and offering safe, adaptable training for all levels.
