Facial Yoga & Massage: Gentle exercises and massage techniques for the face that tone muscles, release jaw tension, and facial tension, improve blood flow, and promote a lifted, relaxed, and radiant appearance.

Combined: Yin yoga enhances flexibility and inner calm, self-massage relieves physical tension, and facial yoga rejuvenates the face, together creating a holistic practice for body, mind and natural radiance.
