YOGA, AERIAL YOGA & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Certified Yoga, Pilates, and Aerial Yoga teacher. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with The Peaceful Warriors in Bali and her 50-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training with Carmen Curtis. With a strong focus on physical transformation, she has been guiding students toward greater strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful movement.
Her classes blend challenging sequences with a natural, fluid flow, creating practices that are both accessible and energizing. Apolonija’s teaching invites students to explore their edges while staying connected to breath and body awareness, making each class engaging, empowering, and enjoyable.
