YOGA, PILATES, REFORMER INSTRUCTOR

Movement lover with a naturally dynamic spirit. What began as a way to ease back pain and improve flexibility quickly became a deeper practice to calm the mind, reconnect with the body, and create meaningful connection.

She trained with Simone Hart, immersed herself in Rocket Yoga with David Kyle, and completed Pilates Mat & Reformer training, building a strong foundation in strength, alignment, control, and intelligent movement.

Her classes blend flow, strength, precision, and fluidity—both energizing and grounding.

HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Aurélie believes in balance: strength and softness, intensity and presence.
Her teaching encourages students to move with awareness, efficiency, and curiosity—finding freedom not by doing more, but by feeling more.

Low-impact practices are an essential part of her approach, allowing space to slow down without stopping and to reconnect deeply with the body.
