YOGA, PILATES & REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
Brice Taupin has a professional background in dance and has spent many years cultivating a deep connection to body awareness and movement. He trained as a yoga teacher in 2021 at Bondi Beach (Sydney) with Power Living Yoga and also holds a Certificate III in Fitness. His journey through dance, yoga, and Pilates has given him a refined understanding of proprioception, breath, alignment, and energy circulation, which he weaves into every class.
His teaching blends organic Vinyasa flow, yoga, and Pilates, creating sessions that are both fluid and grounding, strengthening and nourishing, dynamic and mindful.

Brice teaches by guiding students back to their bodies through breath, sensation, and conscious movement. His approach focuses on awareness, alignment, and the flow of energy, helping each person reconnect with the pleasure of moving and caring for themselves in a kind and supportive way.
