YOGA, AERIAL YOGA & PILATES TEACHER

Originally from Latvia, Dženifera  (Jennifer) moved to the Netherlands for her studies in International  Business, where she discovered her love for yoga and especially aerial  yoga. After her studies, she moved to Toronto, Canada, where her passion  for the practice deepened and led her to explore the wellness scene in  North America and complete her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training,  followed by additional training now totaling over 350 Yoga  Alliance hours. She also became a certified Pilates instructor through  the Balanced Body Mat Pilates Teacher Training.


She believes that  while yoga and Pilates may appear physical, their true transformation  happens internally, through breath, awareness, and self-observation.  Aerial yoga holds a special place in her heart, as it helps release  fear, encourages playfulness, and brings creativity into practice. For  her, mindfulness and spirituality do not have to feel intimidating or  overly serious, they can be light, accessible, and open to every curious  mind, whether beginner or experienced.

HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:

Presence  and concentration on the present moment are at the center of her  teaching. She encourages students to let go of comparison, connect with  their breath, and return to inward awareness. For her, movement is not  only personal but also collective, creating community and moving  together as one.


AFTER HER CLASS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE a sense of inspiration, relaxation, and renewal. You will leave feeling  lighter, calmer, and safe in your body, physically grounded, mentally  clear, and light as a feather.


SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION IN real  everyday life moments, books, nature, traveling, meditation, meaningful  conversations, serenity, sonder, compassion and the beauty of mindful  presence.
