YOGA, PILATES & REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
Born to Belgian and Cameroonian parents, Émilie first found her passion for movement through athletics. As a former track and field athlete, she turned to yoga to improve her flexibility — but soon discovered a deeper dimension: a conscious, mindful way of moving that nurtures both body and mind.
HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY: Her approach to teaching is rooted in inclusivity: yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, background, or body type. Through mindful (and playful) movement and breath, Émilie invites her students to listen to their bodies, to cultivate joy of moving as well as mobility for lifelong health, and to find calm amid the pace of modern life.
AFTER HER CLASS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE a sense of grounding and calm. After a moment of pause, you will feel recharged, ready to return to daily life with more ease and clarity.
SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION in every encounter, class, discussion, or reading — each moment is an opportunity to learn and grow. A forever student at heart, Emilie draws constant inspiration from observing nature, life around her, and especially her child — a daily reminder of what it means to move and live with genuine presence.
