YOGA PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Originally from France, Emmanuelle (E-RYT500, YACEP) has been teaching accessible yoga since 2010, focusing on choice, exploration, and empowerment. Her practice blends Vinyasa Flow, Budokon Yoga, and modern functional anatomy, incorporating elements from martial arts, Animal Flow®, and natural movement patterns. All classes are trauma-informed and designed to move beyond standardized movements.
HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:
Empowerment and agency. Emma’s classes enhance strength, mobility, and mental steadiness through mindful movement, blending physical and spiritual teachings with anatomical insight. She provides adaptable options for a fun and personalized practice.
AFTER HER CLASS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE stronger, more mobile, and relaxed, with a quiet mind and a sense of expanded capability.
SHE FINDS DAILY INSPIRATION IN self-practice and finds joy in the sun, wind, and her cats. Loud guitar music sparks creativity, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu provides discovery, strength, and humility.
