Jana, originally from Haiti and raised in Germany, began her movement journey in 2015 through dance and group fitness. With a background rooted in sports like tennis, soccer, volleyball, and years of dance, her teaching has evolved into a powerful blend of strength, rhythm, and mindful flow. She has taught across Europe and North America, drawing on global influences to shape her dynamic yet intuitive style.
At Studio ÔM, Jana leads Full Body Reset and Pilates classes. She creates immersive experiences that combine energy, music, and intentional movement, designed to ground you, recharge you, and reconnect you to your inner strength.
