YOGA, PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Laura is a singer, composer and body and voice coach. She combines playful and flowing Vinyasa sequences with a strengthening and grounding Hatha Yoga practice. An emphasis on anatomy and alignment, as well as the kinaesthetic experience of her hands-on assists are significant for her teaching style and pave the way to a more holistic body and mind awareness.

HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:
Laura guides students to balance strength and softness, grounding and lightness, and to listen deeply to their own needs and boundaries. Her intention is to help each person integrate transformation on the mat into everyday life with meaning and integrity.
