YOGA, PILATES & REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
Morgan graduated from Iwanson International Dance School in 2021 in Munich, Germany. After three years of studies, she moved back to Brussels, where she has since worked as a dancer and performer. The practice of Pilates has been present throughout her dance career since 2013, helping her prevent injuries, release chronic back pain, and strengthen her body through alignment-focused work. In 2023, she became a STOTT Pilates instructor, recognizing Pilates as an incredible tool to develop the full potential of the body.
HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:
Morgan guides people to find pleasure in moving their bodies by bringing awareness to breath and cultivating efficient movement. She supports students in feeling more comfortable and confident in their daily life through mindful, controlled motion.
