Yoga & Mindful movement Teacher 

Siobhan – known as Shivs to her friends – is a Belgian-Brit who has been practising yoga since 2017. Her teaching is rooted in mindful movement, providing students with a space to explore what feels good in their bodies and to cultivate a practice that is both personal and sustainable. She balances opportunities for challenge with a focus on individual choice, empowering students to move in ways that honour their own rhythm and capacity.

Drawing on her diverse experience in aerial hoop, dance, boxing, and Pilates, Siobhan brings a well-rounded and creative perspective to movement, blending strength, fluidity, and body awareness in her classes.
