PILATES & REFORMER INSTRUCTOR

Zuzanna is a Pilates instructor and psychology student passionate about holistic well-being, nurturing both body and mind. She fell in love with Pilates from the very first class, a practice that offered her quality time for self-connection, awareness, and inner strength. Later, she completed her training in Bali, deepening her understanding of mindful movement and functional anatomy.


Attentive to precise form and mindful flow, Zuzanna encourages each person to move at their own pace and tune in with their body’s natural rhythm. Her gentle yet engaging approach helps students feel both challenged and supported, finding joy in every movement.

Zuzanna believes that conscious movement and breath are powerful tools for lasting physical and mental well-being. Her classes invite presence, body awareness, and confidence, creating a calm and welcoming space for everyone.
